This complete induction quenching equipment is used for large diameter long shaft medium frequency quenching heat treatment. This equipment adopts IGPS-250/5-15S transistor tube wide frequency IGBT induction quenching power supply matched with vertical cnc quenching lathe. It can realise one-time pragrammable heating spray quenching, scanning quenching, segment annealing etc.. The quenching lathe can adapt to different quenching depth. Comparing to traditional silicon controlled power supply, it can save about 20% energy.
